Biography
Luang Por Liem Thitadhammo, 82, is a monk in the Thai forest tradition. After higher ordination at age 20, Luang Por practised in several village monasteries in the Northeast until he joined the forest tradition in 1969 and took up the training under Luang Pu Chah. After Luang Pu Chah became severely ill in 1982, LP Liam was entrusted to lead the monastery - Wat Nong Pah Pong. After Luang Pu Chah's health worsened, the Sangha of Wat Nong Pah Pong appointed Luang Por Liem to take over the abbotship. For the second time, Luang Polian has been given the honorary monastic title of honorary by His Majesty the King of Thailand. He is presently known as Prathepvachirayarn.
