Biography: Luang Por Wichai Kaemiyo is currently 77 years old with 57 Vassa. He learned from many teachers across various lineages such as Luang Por Pan Dhammadharo (his main teacher who teaches mahasati dynamic meditation method), Buddhasa Bhikkhu, Luang Por Chah Subhaddo, Luang Por Rusee Lingdum and Luang Por Boonmark Thitipanyo ( student of Luang Pu Mun Buridatto).

Luang Por Wichai used to go on Tudong during his younger days and met many disciples of Luang Pu Mun Buridatto such as Luang Por Plien Panyapatiop, Luang Por Prasit Boonyamakaro, Luang Por Thong Inn Kusalajitoh, Luang Por Kwang Kosalo and practice together with them.

He is the current abbot of Wat Tham Pa Jong in Chiang Rai Province and he travels around Thailand and overseas teaching and giving talks on the practice of mindfulness and Satipathana.
