Who is Luang Por Munindo

Luang Por Munindo was first accepted into the Bhikkhu Sangha under the Venerable Somdet Nyanasamvaro in 1975 and then later under the Venerable Ajahn Chah in 1976. He came to the UK in 1980. After an initial period at Cittaviveka Monastery in West Sussex, he moved to Devon where he led the community in establishing the Devon Vihara. In 1991 he became senior incumbent of Aruna Ratanagiri Buddhist Monastery and has been the abbot since. Luang Por Munindo's monthly full moon "Dhammapada Reflections" are widely circulated. Several of his books are available for free distribution in all popular formats at Forest Sangha Publications.

πŸ“šRead more about Luang Por Munindo from "In Any Given Moment" as he reflects on his life as a Buddhist monk. He contemplates how very different communities have supported his spiritual journey. He concludes the chapter by expanding on his "source-oriented" approach to Buddhist practice.

πŸ“šRead more about Luang Por Munindo from "In Any Given Moment" as he reflects on his life as a Buddhist monk. He contemplates how very different communities have supported his spiritual journey. He concludes the chapter by expanding on his "source-oriented" approach to Buddhist practice.
